I don’t have a PayPal account! Can I still pay via credit or debit card?
Of course! A PayPal account is not required to pay using your credit or debit card. Two (Paypal & PesoPay) payment options are available for your convenient payment.
Is it safe to transact using my credit or debit card?
Absolutely. Rest assured that your credit card or debit card information are hidden and never stored on our servers. It is encrypted and transmitted through SSL secure connection straight to a top security electronic vault.
Can I pay through bank deposit?
Yes you can, we allow Bank Deposit at any branch of BDO and RCBC.
Do you do COD?
Currently we don't offer COD on our website but some of our products are being sold on Lazada that has COD.
How do I know if my payment went through?
- You will receive an acknowledgement receipt via email as a proof that we have received your payment.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, you might check your spam folder.
- If it’s still not there, chances are your payment didn’t successfully went through, don’t hesitate to call or contact us via email at email@example.com
- Please take note that the acknowledgement receipt is different from the official receipt or sales invoice that you will receive together with the product upon shipment.
How many days will it take for my order/s to arrive?
You will receive the product/s on an average of 5 working days for Metro Manila and 7 working days for provincial areas from the time that we received your payment.
Is there any domestic area LineaOrganica cannot deliver to?
We can deliver our products to all areas nationwide. But if our courier is restricted to enter your area, they will call you right away.
Do I have to be there when my orders arrived?
Not necessarily. You may designate a representative to receive your order on your behalf. And to set our expectations, you may include it on the "Special instructions for seller" that you can find in the Cart page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. We will give you the tracking number after the courier picked up the item from us. The courier will be sending you an email or sms of his whereabouts to let you know and confirm your location. So no worries, we got you covered.
Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays?
We apologize but we only deliver our products during regular working days which are Mondays to Fridays.
I want to use my office address as my delivery address, is it possible?
Of course, just make sure to type the right address and instruction to guide the courier in delivery.
I’m going to order! What is the procedure?
Whenever you want to buy something, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can view all your products on the Cart page by clicking the shopping bag icon on the top-right side. Once you’ve racked up all the products you want to buy, click "Checkout" button to proceed to payment. From there, we’ll walk you through the entire payment process.

When do new arrivals come in?
New arrivals are being announced through our emails. If you subscribe to us, you’ll be the first one to know what’s latest in our website.
Can I edit items in my order?
We strongly recommend that you check your orders twice prior to completing it because unfortunately, you cannot edit a successfully placed order. We aim to give you the best shopping experience you could ever have so you can always contact us through our email if you have any concerns regarding the placement of your orders.
I can’t log in! I think I forgot my password.

Is my personal information safe?
How can I update my account information?
You can update your account information at any time. All you need to do is sign into your account, access your account information on "My Account", edit your address details, view your order history, etc.
Do I need to register an account to shop?
No, everyone are welcome to shop without registering an account. However, it is beneficial if you will create an account since you will be able to see your past orders, check status, save billing and shipping details, etc.
Where can I share my reviews about the product?
The bottom section our product page is a place for your thoughts and feelings. Just go to the product page of your favorite, scroll down and fire away your review! No worries your personal information is safe and will keep confidential.
Do you offer promos?
A big YES. It is best if you subscribe to our newsletter so that you’ll be the first to know what’s on sale!
How will I know if there’s a promo
Keep an eye on all our social media page to keep you posted about it, plus we send out emails to our
